We’ve renamed the monthly accessibility feature – removing the word “web” – because most of the tips shared here apply to all forms of digital documents.
Quick Tip: Alternative Text for Image Links
When creating an image link, keep in mind that the purpose of the image is now to describe the destination of the link. Make sure that the image’s alt text would be sufficient if it were the text in a regular link.
The monthly Web Accessibility Tip comes from WebAIM and shared to get a wider audience. For more information about web accessibility and accessible digital documents, please visit the WebAIM website.
