		<description>Yes, I think the blunder was perhaps in naively jumping on board with Amazon&#039;s little experiment. I understand that there were some folks in at the different institutions that yelled and screamed when the proposal was announced. Guess the universities senior admins couldn&#039;t turn down what they thought was a great offer and good PR. But maybe Amazon will get busy and made Kindle 3 an accessible e-text-reader. 		<description>The settlement with the USDOJ says that the schools will not violate ADA, which they were not, and wouldn&#039;t do anyway. It changes nothing; testing can continue as planned. But I agree that Apple&#039;s timing is fortuitous!</description>
